Moving away from traditional landlines

Our old analogue system is dying. I need to move our office to a full VoIP system. Where do I even start with hardware?

The first step is figuring out how many users you have and what features each employee actually needs. Once you've chosen a VoIP provider, selecting compatible hardware becomes much easier. I recommend looking at a range of VoIP phones  to compare entry-level and advanced models. Think about features like HD audio, PoE support, programmable keys, Wi-Fi, or video calling if your team needs them. Also, make sure your network can handle VoIP traffic reliably. Planning your hardware around your business requirements will save money and reduce headaches during the migration.
